Im assuming that you have an irrigation system so heres an easy way to find out. Take several small tuna fish cans and place them in different areas on the lawn and run the system until they have 1/4 inch of water inside making note of the amount of time it takes. Now if you run the system for this amount of time 3 times a week you will have approximately 3/4 inch of water overall. Its not exact of course to do that you would have to collect many cans, gather them together and divide by that number to get ounces and convert that to inches of precip. In your case you can use the additional cans to determine if each area of your yard is receiving the same amount of water and adjust the run time of those areas to compensate.
