"1-2tabs q6h" or "1tab q4-6h", might be the only acceptable answers. If so, be careful to err to the side of caution, do not say 2tabs q4h because it might lead to an overdose.
Most hospitals would not allow two variables. Even acetaminophen can be dangerous if the prescription or order is unclear.
