Get container with measurement markings. (Let's say 20 Liters.) Fill it up to about 10 Liters (It doesn't matter, just make sure it won't overflow) with water. Place the rock into the water, and record the difference (let's say the water rises to 11.4 Liters, you know that the volume of the rock is now 1.4 Liters)
