An electrical device can still be on and charging if the fan is off. If the device is plugged in to the wall, or connected to a battery, chances are it is charging.
capacitor stores charge ,so we use capacitor in fan for continuous voltage supply.
It could be off on a low pressure switch. You need to check if you have 24 volts to the outdoor unit at the contactor coil. If the contactor is not working the outdoor unit will get no high voltage to the compressor or fan. It could also be that the capacitor for the fan and compressor is blown.
More information is needed to answer this question. Voltage, type of fan, horsepower of the fan or wattage of the fanareneeded to find what the current draw of the fan.
That depends on the type of fan. If it's a belt driven fan, you should be able to change the drive belt pulleys. If it's a direct drive fan, you'll need to change the motor. Note an exception: some direct drive fan motors have multiple connection points which provide different operation speeds. When the cover plate is removed, there is typically a chart showing how to wire the motor for different speeds. If you see no such chart, you probably cannot change the speed of the motor. Also note: most modern fan motors are synchronous type, meaning that they control their speed from the fact that alternating current feeds the motor. If you change the input voltage it will not change the speed, but may destroy the motor. If the motor does not have brushes, you cannot use a motor speed control.

Because of capacitor used in the fan due to its capacity to store the charge nad emmit the charge after fan is switched off.
Physical
switching to a ranger fan would define failing life.
You have a leak in the vacuum supply to the ac control.
A faulty thermostatic switch would prevent the fan switching on when the engine is hot. (Located in the side of the radiator on my 1991 golf)
One could purchase a ceiling fan light at a home improvement store, such as Lowe's or Home Depot. Other places where one may purchase a ceiling fan light would be at specialty lighting stores or a manufacturer website.

u hath to be the one i charge of that fan page
yes, it is on codysimpson.com but it might charge you
One is able to find Shakira products at several different online websites such as on the following websites: Fan Fire, Store Two, and on the Amazon website.
Because people weren't able to have slaves to fan them anymore.
it could be a few things it could be the fan motor is dead it could also be the fan relay is bad or the temp sensor could be bad in which cast the fan dose not know to turn on with out being able to test these out from my computer i would suggest going to a shop or buying the manual from a parts store and doing the testing on these part at home
