if the shell is 410 but 2 1/2 inches long no problem if you a 3 inch chamber size
i am pretty sure they are 3" You can shoot 2 and 3/4 in.shells in the 1100 3"mag but, the shot weight has to be at least an ounce and 1/4 for it to cycle {fire, eject and chamber the next shell} properly.
The only difference is the size (diameter) of the pan.
The 69 is the Police version of the 67 In like new condition they are worth about $200 down to about $50 in less condition
1926 IS THE YEAR THAT WINCHESTER WENT TO STANDARDIZED 2-3/4" LENGTHS ON THEIR 16 AND 20 GAUGE SHELLS.

If a shot has a 3inch chamber it will also shoot - 2 3/4 inch shells..
Your question needs some work- as written, has no meaning. A shotgun marked 3 inch can shoot 2 3/4 inch shells, or 3 inch. A gun marked 2 3/4 inch can only shoot those- no 3 inch shells.

Yes
The length of the chamber in a 2 3/4 inch chambered shotgun is 2 3/4". The longer 3" shotgun shells will not fit in the chamber, being 1/4" too long. You can shoot 2 3/4" shotgun shells, of the correct gauge, in a 3" chambered shotgun.
Yes you can you can shoot 3 or 2 and a half in
Yes. The Marlin model 556 is a bolt action shotgun. It has a detachable magazine which holds two rounds and one round in the pipe for a total of three rounds. It is able to shoot 3 inch ammunition.

Yes, shorter shells are no problem.
What is marked on the shotgun? Unless it is marked for 3 inch shells, DO NOT attempt to fire them. 3 inch shells WILL chamber in most 2 3/4 chambers, but they are UNSAFE to fire- there must be room for the folded end of the shell to open. Using longer shells causes the shell to open inside of the bore, resulting in much higher and unsafe pressures. The 3 inch magnum shotguns began production in the late 1950s- I believe yours is a much earlier model. You should check with Browning- see link below. Shoot safe.
