It would depend on which sides had those lengths. ONLY If it was a right triangle and the two shorter sdies were 13 and 22 inches, the hypotenuse would be 25.55 inches.

sq rt (169 + 484) = 25.55

However, for isosceles triangles, the third side would be the same as one of the other two, and for scalene triangles, it could be any length between 9 and 35 inches (non-inclusive).
