the answer is.... if u dont bend ur knees wen u jumb your bones will jar. u should bend your knees to obsorb the shock of the ast movement ok!!! ouchh
i dont know why it comes but if you bend your knees and put your head between your legs and rock it goes much quicker
i dont know, they might. but i do know that if you take a sip of water, dont swallow then bend over.( kinda looking at your knees)and then swallowing (do that a couple times) will help.

its simple when your running trying to protect a ball carrier just bend your knees and using the power from your legs hit the other team with your shoulder . make sure you dont hold him with your arms or might be a penalty.... thats if your talking about football of course
