0 is highest, 15 is lowest. The highest-priority ID on the SCSI bus is 7. You normally assign this ID to the host adapter. Next in priority, from highest to lowest, are IDs 6-0 and then 15-8. So 0 has higher priority than 15.
Zero
Zero, somehow minus numbers are not real numbers, so zero is the lowest number.
I refer to Steam Boiler drum level. It is actually - to some positive figure is the range. Generally the boiler level is maintained at mid point that is zero. The transmistter is differential type. (DP type) If the transmitter is with a specified signal out put of 4-20 mA, it sends out 4 mA at lowest level and 20 mA at highest level. At mid level zero it sends out 12 mA. Differential pressure is highest at actual lowest level and lowest at actual highest level of the drum. By keeping negative to positive range there is fair amount of analog signal on lower and higher side of the drum.
Zero!
lowest number above zero
There are lotos of things that are impossible in Math. Here are just a few: To have a highest number. To have a lowest number. To write the number pi exactly in decimal format. To divide anything by zero.
Sunspots are a cyclical phenomena. The lowest would be zero.
