How would I know that's way to much math to do for me! ( can someone order me a pizza?)
Divide the denominator (bottom number) into the numerator (top number). A fraction is a division. Here's an example. 12/4 becomes 12 ÷ 4 = 3. To visualize this, think of a pizza. Say it's one of those personal pizzas and you slice the pizza into four equal slices (fourths, quarters, or 1/4 the original whole pizza). So 4/4 equals one pizza. Now if you take 12 of those (1/4 size) slices, you have 12/4 of a pizza, equal to 3 whole pizzas.
Well, if you divide a pizza, you get a fraction of the pizza. This makes fractions easier to understand. or the peices you cut and take away one that is a fraction so an example is i have a pizza its cut into 7 pieces so i take away one i have 6/1
There are three answers to this question. The first answer is Katie eats one third and Dan eats one quarter. The second is that Katie eats two thirds and Dan eats two fourths. The last is Katie eats the whole pizza and Dan eats three fourths. But as the instructor wants to see fractions in the answer, I would use one of the first two answers :)
Because u can have a fraction of a cup of flour or a slice of pizza might be 1/6 of the pizza

If both pizzas are the same size, they both have the same amount of pizza.
1/4 of a pizza.
a fraction or a pizza(do you get it?u can reduce ,that means eat,the pizza.

Someone who eats lots of pizza is known as a "pizzatarian."
You need to store the cooked pizza in the refrigerator after you are finished with it. It should last in the refrigerator for about four days.

No - Draw a picture. If you cut a pizza into 3 pieces and take 1, the remainder isn't the same as if you take 1 piece out of a pizza that is cut into fourths.
