If you scored a 770 on the math SAT2 test, it indicates a high level of proficiency in math. However, it's important to note that the SAT and SAT Subject Tests (SAT2) assess different aspects of math and have different scoring scales. While a high score on the SAT2 math test suggests strong math skills, it doesn't directly translate to a specific score on the math section of the SAT.

To estimate your potential score on the math part of the SAT, you can use your SAT2 score as an indicator of your math abilities. However, it's crucial to remember that performance on the SAT is influenced by various factors, including test-taking strategies, familiarity with the exam format, and preparation level.

When preparing for the SAT math section, it's beneficial to use resources like LearnQ to enhance your skills and readiness. LearnQ offers personalized study materials, practice tests, and AI-powered tutoring sessions to help you strengthen your math abilities and optimize your performance on the SAT. By utilizing LearnQ's platform, you can receive targeted feedback, track your progress, and develop effective strategies to achieve your target score on the SAT.

I scored 770 on SAT Math and 770 on SAT math 2 and 750 on math 1. math 2 is very easy to get a high score because of the very generous curve (i missed around 8 and got 770, however I know I could had gotten 800 since I made stupid mistakes). However, on the math part of the sat I missed only 2 and got 770.

Can you do bad on the Math part of the SAT - do really good on the two English parts and still get a good score?

Each of the three parts of the SAT (math, critical reading, and writing) is worth 800 points. Therefore, if you make a really bad score on the math part, it will dramatically affect your overall SAT score. For example 700 on the critical reading and 700 on the writing parts of the SAT would be considered a "good" score by most students. and 550 on the math part would be considered by "bad" score by most students (although of course "good" and "bad" in this context are relative terms, highly dependent on the student's background, access to good schools, and target colleges). This would add up to a respectable 1950 on the SAT, which some students would consider "good" but which, standing alone, would not be impressive to most Top 50 national universities. The good news is that the SAT math score is the easiest part of the SAT to bring up if a student is willing to work hard to improve the score. The math tested on the SAT is not that complicated. If you start working hard now to improve your score, you could bring it up by a 100 points by next October, which is one of the months when the SAT is given.

Can you get into nyusern with a 1350 and a 3.8 GPA 5's on all ap's and 750 sat 2 bio and 720 sat2 math?

I'm sorry - is the 1350 on the new SAT, or the old? If it's on the new, 3 part SAT (with the writing section), then that is way too low for NYU/Stern. If it's on the old, 2 part SAT (the one without the writing section), then you stand a chance.

Is gymnastics scored fairly?

As far as anyone can know this sport is scored as fairly as possible. Judges can hold grudges against coaches and score unfairly from that. It has happened to me before. For the most part though judges are very fair depending on how big or small a mistake is.

Is a 370 on math part of the SAT good?

A score of 370 on the math part of the SAT is on the lower end of the scoring scale, which ranges from 200 to 800. While it's not necessarily a "good" score, it's essential to consider the context in which the score was achieved. Factors such as individual goals, target colleges, and personal circumstances can influence what constitutes a good score for each student. Additionally, a score of 370 may be sufficient for certain colleges or academic programs, particularly those with less competitive admission requirements. However, for more selective institutions or programs, a higher score may be necessary to remain competitive in the admissions process. If the team with the higher score wins in baseball why do you need to know who had more errors?

The only statistic that determines the winner is runs scored, so you really don't. But it is a statistic that is kept and is part of the 'linescore' along with runs and hits. Just like the number of hits contributes to the number of runs scored, so can errors.
