I haven't heard it called THAT before. Most of the time it's called a "vent" pipe.
Anyway, they typically vent to the outside, straight up through the roof. Anything else is in violation of building and public health codes.
You can ventilate the pipe with an air admittance valve . A device which lets air in but not the smell out . It would save having to go through the roof e.t.c.
Infrastructure refers to the basic framework of an organization, so building infrastructure means to better create a base for any system.

A thermostat controlling a heating/cooling system. The thermostat is set at a certain temperature. If the inside temperature drops below this setpoint, the heating system is signalled to raise it. If the inside temperature rises above the setpoint, the cooling system is signalled to lower it. Doing this maintains the temperature within a small band, keeping things relatively homeostatic. This is the best example I can think of.

Yeah. Why not? You have heat, ventilation and other outside forces effecting the inside of the building. So, it's not a closed system.
The bronchioles terminate in a grape-like cluster of alveoli in the lungs.
If there will be employees who work within the building for extended periods of time I would suggest installing some form of ventilation system. Many storage facilities decide whether to use ventilation system or not based on what the building will be used to store inside.
You can't, but you can protect yourself by having a trophy system around, or being inside a building.
The digestive system, the gastrointestinal tract, is the body system that breaks down food so it is small enough to cross the cell membrane. Once inside the cell, those nutrients that where allowed inside become part of the metabolic process of the cell for energy or building.

What is the system of canals inside a cell
