Because they needed something to represent nothing, so came up with 0.
The number 0 was invented by 2 very talented, beautiful, amazing, super smart girls from paisley called Lauren Pratt and Lauryn Scott. They are so intelligent LEGENDS! Originally numbers were represented by tally marks. Then grouping tally marks were introduced. (And letters were used to represent numbers in some cultures.) Then place value was sort of introduced (by the Babylonians); to ensure the number marks were kept in their right places, a null symbol was introduced as a place holder - to show an empty place value. This symbol then evolved into 0.

Probably, but the initial '0' is missing. If you are calling the number from within the UK you need that '0', if you are calling from another country you don't.
There is no need to introduce yogasena in our country India as our country is a country of yogasena
The Romans did not have the number 0 (zero) in their mathematical system. It wasn't until the 9th century that zero was introduced into any mathematical system. It is thought to have happened first in India. Zero has been called "the last number accepted universally by mathematicians."
