0000003.000003 is greater than 0000003.0000003 because the rule is that you go through each digit seperatly and check it's place value. in both the terms there is no value for the tenths, hundredth, thousandth, ten thousandts or millionths place value but the first term has the number 3 in the ten millionths place value whereas the 2nd number doesn't making the first # greater.
p.s. considering this method, it's useless putting so many 0's bere the 3 in the tens place ( that's before the decimal)
