1024 is a COMPOSITE NUMBER! this is because it is even.

=============================================

If it has any more factors in addition to '1' and itself, then it's composite.

The factors of 1,024 are: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, and 1,024.

As you can see, '1' and itself are not quite the only factors of 1,024 ... there are 9 more ...
so it's a composite number.
