Well, the average IQ for an adult would be about 100, so, an 1Q of 105 would represent a somewhat bright person, in my opinion. For a 13 year old girl, an IQ of 105 is actually great and has a high probability of increasing during years of later development.

Sorry, but I don't agree with that.
The IQ test for an 13-year-old differs from the grown-up version. In this way, it's designed to give you a representation of your intelligence, whatever age you have. Like most things, having an high IQ can means you also have an higher chance to have autism.
In you case your IQ score means "above average" since 100 is the designed average, no matter the age. Of course this only works if you did the test for your age group, other wise you may get low results (40-80). If you did the wrong version, I'd sugest you'll do the test over.
NOTE: Your IQ score may in later years drop or rise by 15 IQ-points
Well.....I'm a nine year old girl and my IQ score is 129 but i am very highly educated and my 13 year old friend has an IQ score of 105 so it is plossible.
It means average intelligence, such as C+ grades. 100 is an average IQ score, and 105 is just barely above that.
IQ is meant to be age adjusted so the age should be totally irrelevant. The IQ score, adjusted for age, is 100 with a standard deviation of 15. So 105 is somewhat above average: about 1 in 3 boys aged 13 would score 105 or more. What is more important, though, is what the IQ score measures. While the test is important because it is widely [mis]used as an assessment tool, all that it measures is your ability to do IQ tests. And this is not sour grapes: I have a measured IQ of 138 (not quite genius, which is 140) but that is because I am exceptionally good at doing tests. My training, as a mathematician, and my interest in languages enable me to score well above my inherent intelligence. Also, IQ tests take absolutely no account of other skills and abilities: such as music or art or physical prowess. Many a world class musician would probably perform disastrously in an IQ test.
It's average.
No, definatly not! If you are using BMI (Body Mass Index) as a scale, then you score 17.5.
A score of 105 is average intelligence.
Well, I'm an 11 year old girl and my score was also 105. 100 is the average so you about average. You would have to be 130 or more to be considered above average or genius.

A score of 105 is slightly below average - the average score being 110.
Yes its pretty good but a good weight would be between 105-110 pounds so mostly yes 5`1 and 105 pounds is good weight.
95-105 is normal so you are a smart person
It is above average (100) but not by a lot so one shouldn't brag.
No, 105 to 106 pounds is a very good weight for a 13 year old 5 foot 1 inch girl. It is not heavy at all.
It falls withing the normal range for an IQ. Average is considered 100 with a range of 10 points either way.
A 4'8 nine year old girl is at an good weight about 78'lbs. Maximum about 105'lbs.
98 to 105
