A perfect number is a number which is the sum of it's positive proper divisors.

214 has divisors:

1, 2, 107

1 + 2 + 107 = 110 != 214

Thus 214 is not a perfect number

The first 4 perfect numbers are:

6, 28, 496 and 8128.
