Its factors are 1,2,3,4,6,7,12,14,21,28,42,and 84


All even numbers greater than 2 are composite.

A Prime number has only 2 factors which are 1 and itself. Composite numbers are everything else except 1 and 0. 1 and 0 are neither prime, nor composite. 84 is composite.
