Answer 1:

No, you can divide it by 5.

8000002+10000000+3 = 18000005

18000005 is divisible by 5

Answer 2:

I do not understand the above answer. It seems to me that the question itself does not provide enough information to answer.

What is the value of "m"? Does the "2" in "8m2" represent that we are to square the product of "8" and "m"?

Or is there a standard value of "m" that I am unaware of, or is it just taken to mean "meters" and thus is irrelevant to the equation?

But if it is for "meters", then 16 plus 10 plus 3 is 29 and that is a Prime number, and cannot be divided by 5.

The first person answering seems to be making the assumption that the "m" stands for "million", and that 8m2 therefore means 8,000,002, and the 10m means 10,000,000. I am unaware of such a means of notation. Even if one took "m" to be 1,000,000 then the customary way of showing 8,000,002 would be 8.000002m, not 8m2.
