NO. however 1999 Conneticut had accidently released from the U.S. mint, heads & tails being reversed. and 1999 Delaware had an over stamp accidently released or over punched, however you want to put it.& 2004 Wiconsin had some with an extra leaf on the ear of corn on the left side. all are worth money.There may be more that I do not know about. I found a Delaware over punch, worth a couple hundred bucks. The Conneticut is supposed to be worth BIG BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!Next time you get change, step aside & look what you got. If you know what you are looking for you might be suprised what you find once in a while.
