NO. however 1999 Conneticut had accidently released from the U.S. mint, heads & tails being reversed. and 1999 Delaware had an over stamp accidently released or over punched, however you want to put it.& 2004 Wiconsin had some with an extra leaf on the ear of corn on the left side. all are worth money. There may be more that I do not know about. I found a Delaware over punch, worth a couple hundred bucks. The Conneticut is supposed to be worth BIG BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!Next time you get change, step aside & look what you got. If you know what you are looking for you might be suprised what you find once in a while.

Assuming you mean a quarter that is normally struck, but is missing the outer silvery-colored layer ... If it is a state quarter, these have been selling in the $300-$400 range. If it is an older quarter, these have been selling for about $50
Unless it's a proof or uncirculated coin in its original Mint package, it's worth 25 cents - the same as all of the other billions of state quarters minted over the last 10 years.
If the two dates are 1776 & 1976 It's a bicentennial quarter and it's still worth a quarter If it's a state or territorial quarter, has two dates on the back and one of them is between 1999 and 2009 it's also just worth a quarter. If it has two heads with a date on each side it's a magician's coin - see the Related Question.
