The spreadsheet is a very handy tool for calculative and numerical operations. The first spreadsheet was introduced by Later Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston in 1978 named "VisiCalc" and this word compressed from the phrase "visible calculator". The first spreadsheet has 5 columns and 20 rows. After "VisiCalc" the second spreadsheet is "Multiplan" which was introduced by Microsoft in 1982.
The second 'o' in Google is yellow. Google.

.10 meters per a second equals 10 meters per a second
A horizontal set of cells in a spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, is referred to as a "row." Rows are identified by numbers, with each row being assigned a unique number that indicates its position in the spreadsheet. For example, the first row is labeled as "1," the second as "2," and so on, allowing users to easily reference and manipulate data within those rows.
There is no particular answer to that. You can do what you want with them. Often though, the first column and first row are kept for headings, so the second column and second row contain the first values on the spreadsheet.
Google says there's 1,000 milliseconds in 1 second... i don't know about you but i ain't arguing with Google ;)
1000 milliseconds = 1 second
It then equals 1/81
It equals 200 because 20x20 equals 200
That's the reflexive property of equality.
