The strongest Pokemon I met is a 100 lvl Magikarp in Resort Area(I call it King Magikarp :D )
They're at their strongest. You can still change that Pokemon's moves, but when you fight with it, it won't gain EXP.
The strongest wild is heatran Lv.70,Garatina Lv.70,Regigagis Lv.70,and the strongest Acreus the god of all Pokemon at Lv.80.These are the strongest Wilds but they are all ledgendaries.
it is the strongest Pokemon ever
A Pokemon cannot go more than level 100 You cannot train a Pokemon past level 100, however, you can catch one over level 100. To do this you need to do the missingno glitch, and just sail until you see a ridiculously high level Pokemon. It will not be easy to catch this Pokemon seeing as it can be 2, maybe even 3 times stronger than your strongest Pokemon.
Level 80 which is why it's the strongest Pokemon
