Grade 1 Ballet is a level like in music. In Ballet you start at primary. you primary exam is the 1st exam you take in ballet and when you take your primary exam and pass you move up into grade 1.Depending on the ballet school and teacher children are around the age of 6 at grade 1.
If you want a diploma or the like, you would have to pass the Grade 8 practical exam, and the Grade 6 theory exam. Then you would have to complete other exams/tasks. If you contact abrsm they will be able to give you more information.
It isn't that hard...about the same stuff as Grade 5 math...But, has a little more work and harder lessons to learn.
=GSAT ( Grade Six Achievement Test ) is an exam used in some countries in the Caribbean. It places students in a high school based on their 5 choices and their performance in the Exam. Most Times Grade 6 students from age 10-12 take the exam. The subjects are Social Studies , Science, Language Arts(English) , Mathematics and Communication Task which is based on a three year cuicullum from grade 4-6.=
