I would think the dunk is higher.
either a dunk or a lay- up is well what you may think, but a "lay-in" would be the HIGHEST percentage shot. PROOF: Imagine you would win a million dollars to make a shot on a nerf rim, with a nerf ball and the rim is eye-level... how would you proceed?
Generally speaking, the highest percentage shots are the ones closest to the basket while not being opposed by a defender close by. The dunk is almost a sure thing, while layups are missed periodically. Dunks have a higher percentage in shot making. Dunking is the highest percentage shot in the NBA if you are unopposed to the basket, and if you can jump high enough to cleanly throw the ball into the hoop.
There isn't a lap shot but there is a lay up shot which is where you take two steps and then shoot
Lay up" is a term that refers to a golfer choosing to hit a shot shorter than he is capable of in order to avoid a hazard or to position the golf ball in a certain spot on the hole. Also known as lay up shot.

Iron has the highest percentage composition on Earth's crust, making up about 5.6% by weight.
The organism with the highest percentage of adenine is the bacterium Thermus thermophilus, where it can make up as much as 40% of its DNA.
In the NBA, a layup is when the player takes FOUR steps towards the basket and leaves off one foot (usually opposite of shooting hand) and attempts to score a basket (backboard or no backboard). The term is the same in NCAA, and HS basketball just 2 steps instead of the NBA 4 stepper.
