could someone tell me if my dad is being bias? So my dad bought my big brother a new 120 dollar calculator for school when he asked for it because he needed it. Then when i told my dad i needed one he said ok and bought a 50 dollar one on craigslist which not suprisenley is now broken. When 6th grade started for my little brother he said he needed one of those 20 dollar scientific calculators, but my dad went out and bought a 115 dollar calculator. (which he never uses) Now my calculator is broken and i told my dad i need a new one for math he said, "Well i don't feel like going out and buying a brand new calculator right now. (which means never) " I told him about my other brothers and theirs and he gave me this ridicules excuse. And if your wondering we where in the same financial state each time a calculator was bought. (So what i mean is its isn't like the day i asked my dad for a calculator was the month he didn't get his paycheck) So please let me know if i'm overreacting or if my dad is being bias to my brothers. Thanks so much for your help. Might help if you explained the "ridiculous excuse." Could show your bias or your dad's.
