Lump in your temple and that entire area is extremely tender When you lay on that side of your head it seems like that area fills with fluid and swells up you are 27 and can't find anything about this?

I'd recomend seeing a doctor! It sounds like you have something really wrong there!
I would go to the emergency room NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their is something very wrong going on inside your head.
AnswerThe above poster is correct, but generally lumps that are cancerous DO NOT hurt! So, it's doubtful it's cancerous. It sounds (because of the watery fluid) you have been bit by a spider or other bug. You could also be having a problem with a lymph node. There are just too many variations and it's important you see your doctor right away or get into ER.i have the same thing i believe. you may of asked this question a while ago but still ill imput. im 23 and have a lump on temple i got a ct and it was a fatty build up. it feels soft and can fluxuate in size deppending on weather/ sickness ( i think sinus pressure) any way i got it looked at and again it was a fatty build up i believe they call lipoma thismay be your case but still id recomend seeing the ear nose throat doctor. good luck
