Generally , it has become a concern in current society for an equality for women with respect to men in terms of education, job, and to rule the nation, which was ones restricted to be the power of men. It's also observed that there are currently many high level jobs which are exclusively done by men. Some people are of the opinion that government should support in providing a few percentage of these jobs to be reserved for women. In my opinion, these decision cannot be made blindly without considering the nature and type of
job.
Earlier days the role of women was only to take care of her family. She had the better stand in providing care for elders and children, had high emotional understanding when compared to men. Men instead stood only to earn for the living. But when culture and standard of livings changed in terms of education, profession, women could successively touch all the path where men conquered. This cleared the that women can not only take care of her family but also takeup all the challenges and roles which a men can do.
There are still many job which are explicitly done by men especially high level jobs which involve high risk , pressure and decision makings. For example the senior officer in chief of army or the CEO of a competitive IT firm. Some argue that government should enforce action to reserve few percentage of such kinds of jobs to women. In my opinion men and women cannot completely exchange their either roles even though they are educationally qualified or professionally stable. Here I am trying to focus on how men and women are built by nature and how different they are in various ways.
Women has the major ability to love ,understand, take care of her children however a men tries to. This is the reason why most children love their mother more than their father. Doing this important role she also work like men. Therefore, the nature of the job should be comfortable, less pressure and should not involve risk. This can help her balance her professional and personal life. As a result , when it comes to high level jobs which has 100% guarantee for these unavoidable risk factors, it should not be encouraged to be carried by a
women. In contrast if she is deeply involved in taking up the role irrespective of her concern to the family ,then no restriction should be provided either.
To conclude, irrespective of being men or women, they should be able to do their job effectively balancing both their professional and personnel life. Therefore when it comes for high level risk jobs women should prioritise her roles when she is already doing the beautiful role of a care-taker for her family.
The government expects you to be attaining a level 6a or b by the end of year nine, so really you should be a level 6c. However, it is possible to attain higher. I'm a level 8 and I'm in year 8 and some people reach level 8s in year 7.
In year eight, the government expects pupils to be a level 5a at English, Maths and Science. The exceptional pupils should be at a level 6b for English, a 7 at science and a 7/8 for maths. Hope this helps.
On da top rite Conner
Depending on the level of education an 84% is a "B".
I think it is hypothesis testing
The percentage is called blood alcohol level. This level should not exceed a certain limit, or you loose consciousness. This level may change from person to person.

Level it up to a certain level and it should evolve!

The government expects pupils in year nine to be attaining about a level 6b so really in year eight, you should just be hitting the level six boundary. It's nice to know the government has faith in us.
You could complain to the County Government and the State Government.
Its called "Beard Ick"
They are called so because they are power specifically delegated to a certain level of government's jurisdiction.
