I spoke with the father last Friday because I called all day and night Thursday and no one answered they finally called Friday and I figured that there vacation was going to start like the schools here come to figure out that there vacation was already going to end on Monday the day after Easter Sunday and I asked him well then why didnt you send the kids to come visit me for spring vacation and he said in his exact words "Well I know its court orders, I mean I know it says that on the court order but I really dont remember her actually saying it in Mediation." I said well yeah she did and its court order and he said yeah well I figured you know it was only a week off that they had for spring vacation and I said a week is still a whole week with my kids that I would have loved spending with them you know I do miss them and they have been wanting to come as well besides who are you to say or decide to not let my kids come. there are a lot of little things about this whole thing that just doesnt make sense to me and I wanted to look into it some more because his sister also works for the county and I believe she may have been involved in retrieving personal info from her computer at work and she even appeared to the first court date. and at the mediation the mediator said that she was going to award custody over to the father not only that but she messed up on the court order as well and I called her and told her and said that she needed to fix it she called me back and left a mssg. saying that i needed to gert a 880 form and write the number that needed to be corrected and how it should be corrected and that she would amend it well I thought that we are not allowed to call the mediator after the court hearing because they can not help us Suggest matters nor inforce or change court orders so why is she asking me to mail this paper directly to her and that she would amend it.
