Suppose the one flying West goes at x kph. The other is going at (x + 20) kph.

They get further apart by: x + x + 20 = 2x + 20 kph.

Hence 4*(2x + 20) = 6000

So 2x + 20 = 1500

2x = 1480

x = 740

So the speeds are 740 and 760 kph.
