Was on depo for four years. 7 months ago your last injection wore off you had your first period in four year on may132011 it is now june12th and according to a 28 day cycle your 2 days late am I preg?

I would suspect you are not pregnant, unless you have been having sexual relationships recently. Depo-Medrol, the injectable 6 month Birth Control, can cause lingering changes to your regular cycle.
Also, not all women have a perfect 28-day cycle; some have shorter cycles, some have longer and some have random length cycles.
If you don't start your period in the next couple of weeks AND you have had unprotected sexual intercourse in the last few weeks, a home pregnancy test may be in order.
