Express your gratitude towards people around you that you care. Do at least one act of kindness every day.
Make gratitude a habit. Be intentional throughout the day to notice and appreciate things to feel grateful for.
There are many ways to express gratitude. This includes saying thank you, writing a thank you note, or giving a gift. Gratitude is expressed in different ways in different cultures.
