Gimme Shelter
The answer depends on what "rolling a one" refers to.rolling a sum of one, rolling a difference of one, rolling a product of one, rolling a one on one die only, rolling a one on one or both dice.Unfortunately these probabilities are different and the question is ambiguous.
stops rolling?
If rolling 1 die it is 1; if rolling 7 dice it is 0.
Prob(Rolling 2 when rolling 1200 times) = 1 - Prob(not rolling 2 when rolling 1200 times) = 1 - (5/6)1200 = 1 [accurate to 95 decimal places] That is, it is virtually a certainty.

Altamont
The Altamont Speedway Free Festival was a rock concert held on Saturday, December 6, 1969, at the Altamont Speedway in northern California. It was organized and headlined by the Rolling Stones. The concert is chronicled in the documentary/performance film Gimme Shelter. The event is best known for having been marred by considerable violence, including a homicide.Regarding the homicide: accounts of the specifics differ: Wilkipedia has a thorough article about what appears to have happened. In summary, Meredith Hunter, an 18-year-old, brandished a revolver near the stage. He was then surrounded by members of the Hells Angels who stabbed -- and some say stomped -- him to death. The Hells Angels were acting in sort of a "quasi" security capacity at the concert: they had been invited to keep people off the stage and away from the generators, in exchange for free beer.
The Rolling Stones
The Hell's Angels allegedly were hired by The Rolling Stones for security. Unfortunately the concert in Altamont was a disaster because the Hell's Angels were violent throughout the concert, eventually killing one of the spectators.
The Rolling Stones and the Jefferson Airplane are mentioned as an answer as they were conspicuously absent from Woodstock.
Meredith Hunter died on December 6, 1969, in Altamont, California, USA of homicide; stabbed by Hell's Angel at Rolling Stones concert.
The Rolling Stones, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, The Flying Burrito Brothers And Crosby, Stills & Nash all played at the Altamont free concert. The Grateful Dead were scheduled to play but cancelled shortly before their appearance because of the violence because the Hell's Angels allegedly were hired by the Stones for security.
Most likely, but not as any organized effort. Do not confuse Woodstock of Aug 1969 with Altamont December 1969 where the Rolling Stones allegedly hired the Hells Angels to provide security. One person was fatally stabbed after brandishing a fire arm near the stage. A court ruled the death as self defense and only one Hells Angel was even indicted.
