Lines that aren't parallel and don't insect are called skew lines
In terms of scalar quantities they striclty do not exist, as a graph with 2 lines moving further apart from each other extends backwards to negative infinity value of x, so if one extends lines back that aren't parallel, they must intersect at some point.
In terms of vectors, it is argued by some that lines that look parallel, but are moving in different directions (e.g. 2 vertical lines next to each other would look parallel, but one may be moving down and one may be moving up) are not parallel at all, where one divided by the other is equal to negative 1.
Although in my opinion, they should be considered parallel as the gradient is the same for each, and that the direction is irrelevant. Please make your own judgment by analyzing my answer, and evaluating it.

It is a regular rhombus (where all the sides are the same length and there are 2 sets of parallel sides) 2. There is at least one pair of parallel sides.
