Here are some that I like that do not terminate, but do repeat, of course, as always they must.

either turn all ur numbers to fractions or decimals, then put it in order
Rational numbers will become either a terminating decimal (if the denominator has prime factors of 2 and/or 5 only) or a decimal that recurs one or more digits (possibly after one or more digits that do not recur). Examples: 1/2 = 0.5 (terminates) 1/3 = 0.333.... (3 recurs) 1/6 = 0.1666.... (6 recurs after the initial non-recurring 1) 1/7 = 0.142857142857142857.... (142857 recurs)
you can round to a certain point, or turn them into fractions and simplify.
Say them out loud. 0.39 = "thirty-nine hundredths" = 39/100
turn both fractions into decimals and then multiply!
Convert them to fractions.

Divide the numerator by the denominator

To turn improper and proper fractions to decimals, divide the numerator by the denominator. Examples: 1. 27/10 = 27 ÷ 10 = 2.7 2. 11/36 = 11 ÷ 36 = 0.3055 To turn mixed fractions to decimals, add the whole number to the quotient of the proper fraction. 6 1/8 = 6 + (1 ÷ 8) = 6 + 0.125 = 6.125
Say them out loud. 0.39 = "thirty-nine hundredths" = 39/100

Change the decimal into a fraction or the easier way is to turn the fration into a decimal, then multiply.
Not in Excel. Excel does not use fractions. If you need to use fractions, then turn them into decimals. You can represent 1/2 in excel with the formula =1/2.
You divide the top half by the bottom half example: 3/4= .75
