Nobody is "completely stupid", and whoever put that idea into your head
was actually insulting you.
Unfortunately, however, some people are lazy.
Getting the answers any other way beside working out the exercises is known
as "cheating". But the worst thing about it is that when you do that, you don't
learn anything.
I take back the sweeping generalization that I stated at the top. There are people
who are completely stupid at math. They're the ones who decided one day that they
couldn't do it, so they stopped trying, and then cheated through the rest of it.

WikiAnswers is a wiki, that means that answers are collectively written. No single person answers all the questions. People will submit answers that they believe to be correct, then someone else comes along and expands on it, eventually it will be the best possible answer. But, some people answer just to answer, even if it is just nonsense.

You have to remember - there are millions of people using Answers every day - we in the supervisor community are only a couple of thousand strong. The only time an answer comes to our attention - is if it's flagged (by the system or another contributor) for improvement. If inferior answers are simply left unchallenged, we cannot do anything. During my casual browsing through the answers, whenever I see a stupid answer, I always try to do something to improve it.Just as there will always be unanswered questions, there will always be unedited inferior answers. However - we are trying our best to deal with them !

A stupid person who comes from a very rich and privileged background. They are often given important jobs in government or business although they are completely incompetent. Boris Johnson the mayor of London is a good example of a Hooray Henry.

That is the nature of the beast, However if the answer is wrong someone usually comes along and corrects or improves it as time goes on. Wiki answers is able to have a shot at answering any question because the people that give the answers do so voluntarily and for free. Many give accurate answers, some misunderstand the question and give wrong answers and some are just plain wrong, then there are a proportion that seem to like being stupid and destructive. The end result is however that with the organization put behind it you end up with data that overtime becomes more and more accurate without having to have thousands of paid employees answering questions.
