that depends on what type of hero deck you are talking about, but I'm guessing you mean a fusion deck. you should have plolymerizations obviously, but also include future fusion and miracle fusion. fusions should include shining flare wingman and plasma vice, along with whatever else you feel like. monsters should include stratos and/or ocean. you should have avian, sparkman, and clayman, and some people like burstinitrix and bubbleman. use traps to protect your monsters and spells should include reinforcements of the army and e emergency call. keep high level monsters to a minimum. cards like king of the swamp, the light hex sealed fusion, sangan, and wroughtweiler help.
