Okay, so basic principles: a netball court is divided into thirds. Each team has an attacking or goal third, a defence third (aka the other team's goal third) and both teams share the centre third. The WA can play anywhere in the centre third, but for the centre pass she must stand just inside the goal third until the whistle blows. She can also play anywhere in the goal third, but NOT inside the goal circle or she'll be called offside. The WA is not allowed anywhere in the defence third (other team's goal third).
The Goal Defence starts in the oppsite teams goal third, behind the line separating the goal third from the center third. They can go in the opposite teams goal circle, goal third and the center third, but have to stop before they get into their own teams goal third.
High 5 netball is basic netball without wing attack or wing defense. goal shooter and goal attack can go in the center and the third they are shooting in, the same with goal defense and goal keeper can go in the center and the third of the opposite team that is shooting. Center is exactly the same as usual.
C-Center: Allowed to run the whole court except for the goal circles. WA-Wing Attack: Middle:Center and your goals third except for the goal circle. WD-Wing Defense: No goal circle. Center half and both thirds. GD-Goal Defense: Oppenents goal circle, third and Center. Not your goal circle nor your third. GA-Goal Attack: Your goal circle, third and center. No oppenents goal circle. GS-Goal Shooter: Your goal circle and third. No oppenents goal circle, third and center. GK-Goal Keeper: Oppenents goal circle and third. No center, your third and goal circle.
The goal keeper in netball may only goal in the goal circle for the opposite team and that goal third, They are not allowed to go into/past the centre third
the goal defence is allowed in the goal circle for the opposing team, the goal third for the opposing team and the centre third
