They are 8 and 16
Multiples of 4 include 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and so on. For them to be common, they need to be compared to another set of multiples.
Multiples of 8 are also multiples of 4 because 8 is a multiple 4. In any number that is a multiple of 8, there are always two times the amount of 4's as 8's because 4 is half of 8. For example, the number 24 has three 8's adding up to become that number or it has six 4's that add up to that number.
All multiples MUST be multiples of 4.
To have a common multiple, there have to be two or more numbers. For example, common multiples of 4 and 8 are 8, 16, 32, 48, etc. The Least Common Multiple of 4 and 8 is 8.
Multiples of 2 are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, . . . Multiples of 8 are 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 72, . . .
Not always as for example 36 is a multiple of 4 but not of 8
The multiples of 4, 5 and 8 that are between 49 and 95 are just these two: 60 and 80.
All multiples of 64 are multiples of 8.
