With symptoms such as those I would tell you from experience that it would be genital herpes but that is my opinion from experience and I would have it treated ASAP because it can affect you ASAP if it goes with out being treated... Hope this helped and good luck

I went to the shop where I got my navel pierced and they said it was just puss that needed to be released and said it'll go down soon but it didn't, so I decided to squeese it as if it were a spot or something to let the puss out.
