I'm pretty sure it was Friday because they had gone to the Nightly Double (a drive-in theatre that showed two movies a night) and Ponyboy mentioned how on Fridays instead of 2 movies they showed 4 and that's when he, Johnny, and Dally went.

Ponyboy is passed out for awhile,and at the end of the chapter he is reunited with darry and sodapop. Are you just using this to gett out of reading the book for school? It really is great, its my favorite book, i read it a few times a week.
