Speed jump is when you jump from one foot to another while jumping the rope. You start on one foot and when you switch to the other you bring the rope under yourself and jump it. Some people mistake something I call gallop jump which is when you only jump the rope every other time you switch feet so only one of your two feet ever jumps the rope. As you get better you can go faster and faster. At competitions judges count only the right foot because some people go very fast and it would be almost impossible to count every foot. This score is then doubled by two to get the total number of jumps you took.
I'd do it by putting my foot in your asss
A hop starts on one foot and ends on the same foot. A jump starts on two feet and usually ends on two feet but can end on one foot. A leap starts on one foot and ends on the other foot. The words 'bound', 'leap' and 'spring' are adjectives that describe a hop, jump or leap. They are not definitions of these movements.

yes i have been pogo sticking for year and i am 11 i can jump with no hands or one foot or one hand!
no you cant dive over! it is feet first. Yes, You may dive over the bar, but only if you go off of one foot. The only restriction in the high jump is that you must leave the ground on one foot.
Jumping from two feet is not allowed since it is possible to perform a gymnastic tumble ending with a final bounce from two feet which would permit a higher jump. Basically it's limited to one foot to maintain the event as it is currently known, but the high jump is NOT the highest a human can jump unaided, and so it not a 'pure' event like the long jump, or 100m.
A jump typically involves a vertical movement off the ground with both feet leaving the surface simultaneously. A leap involves a horizontal movement with one foot remaining in contact with the ground while the other foot moves forward. Leaps are often seen in dance and gymnastics.
