85/100, or in lower terms, 17/20.
55% less means 45% left. 1.55 x 45% = 0.6975
you would need anything higher than an 87 because its an average and if you get lower there is no way it can get to a 87.
Asian farmers produce approximately 69.4 percent of the world's rice. Other sources come from some European and South American countries and also the lower part of the United States.
Sometimes you will take the absolute value of the percent error because your estimated number could be less than the theoretical, meaning the calculation is negative. But an absolute value is always positive. A percent error can be left as a negative though, and this would be perfectly acceptable (or even preferred) depending on what you're doing.Answer:In the sciences, a negative percent error indicates a low result. If you have a 0% error, then your observed (lab) result was exactly the same as the theoretical result. A 5% error could mean that your observed result was a little high. A negative percent error is possible; if your observed results were lower than the expected, then you would have a negative percent error. A -5% error could mean that your results were a little low. Having a negative percent error isn't worse than positive percent error -- it could mean the same thing. If you were to have a choice in having a 20% error and a -5% error, the negative percent error is more accurate.
i rec a 27 impairment rating for lower back after fce test what does this mean
An Impairment rating is where specific guidelines are used by the physician who will determine what % of function of that body part has been lossed due to injury/condition etc... For example if you are a construction worker and lets say you lose your left little toe, the Impairment rating may be 4% to the whole foot and 1% to the lower extremity..because the loss is greater to the foot but to your whole leg it is not AS big of loss if that makes since. Then this % is given a money value depending on your states worker comp laws etc..and you may be due a specific sum of money.

The portion of the lower extremity found distal to the knee and proximal to the ankle is the shin or the lower leg. It consists of the tibia bone at the front and the fibula bone at the back.
The symptoms are blisters on the lower extremity (foot).
