yes, you have to use 22x8.5 rim, otherwise the 22x9 will hit the front strut, as its too wide and not much room there. ummmmm! that not right!.
yes you can. run a 22x9 or 22x9.5 with a mid to low off set 0-10mm. with a 245-30-22 or a 255-30-22. make sure your wheels are 5x127 (5x5)

They will fit. The stock tire height is 28 inches. 22x8.5 or 22x9 with 255/30r22 will be 28 inches. They will fit perfect. Might need upgrade brakes for heavier wheel. Its best to keep same wheel/tire height width and weight. The closer the better.
