4. no unreasonable searches (need warrant and cant just search; need a reason
5. no double jeopardy and no loss of life or liberty without due process) (cant be accused for same crime twice)

7. if suit exceeds $20 you must have jury
8. no cruel or unusual punishment
9. unlisted right not necessarily denied
10. powers not delegated to the United States or denied to states are reserved to the states or to the people.
