You balance the tablets one on top of the other and take your reading.
Let's assume for the moment that each tablet weighs exactly 1g. Thus the bottom tablet in the pile will weigh 1g but the top tablet, being further from the centre of the Earth, will not weigh as much. Exactly how much further away is determined by the thickness of the tablet, which you will have to measure. Then you calculate what the weight of each tablet in the pile should be (using F=G*m1*m2/d^2, where d increments by the tablet thickness each time, or from the value of g as determined in the reference below) and get the total.
Now you compare this total with the actual weight. There will be a discrepancy due to the lighter tablet, and simple calculation using this discrepancy will allow you to determine whereabouts in the pile it is. A discrepancy of 0.1g exactly would mean it's the bottom tablet, of course. This is improbable (9:1 against).
Notice that I have used "tablet" instead of "pill". This is because pills are spherical and tablets are discoid. You therefore could not make a pile of pills. I have no reference for that statement (it's an assertion based on experience), but if anyone does make a pile of 10 pills I'd be interested in seeing the video. It would be like making a pile of ball bearings! I digress ... I'm hoping the questioner meant tablets as these are more common than pills nowadays and the term is often loosely applied, especially by lay persons. I'm not suggesting ericheller34 is in fact a lay person; I'm speaking generally.
