Carriers Differ in the way they charge.

If you are charged in a 1 Second Block then you will pay a prorated rate for the last few seconds of your call.

if your carrier charges you in 30 second block then you pay the full rate even if you only use 1 second of the last 30 Second block

lets say the destination you call has a call rate of 60 cents per minute and the call duration is 35 Seconds

for the 1 second block you will be charged: 35 cents

the carrier with the 30 Second block will charge you: 60 Cents

since you already started to use the next block.

so the 30 second block is undesirable

How much does its speed change after 5 minutes with an acceleration of 470 meters per second?

"470 meters per second" is a speed, not an acceleration. Assuming you mean "470 meters per second square", that is the same as a change of 470 meters per second every second. Just multiply by the number of seconds to get the change in speed."470 meters per second" is a speed, not an acceleration.
