What does the picture of a car with lines coming from both sides of the bumper at the bottom of the 98 Camry dashboard mean?

It means one of your lights is burned out. Start your car with lights on as usual.Have someone take a walk around the car and check while you turn on each blinker, apply brakes, etc. Once it is replaced the warning light will go off. P.S. I once had lowbeam on one head light go out on a trip.But did not get a warning light. I just happened to notice a light out on the return trip from the bathroom at a rest stop. I assumed the whole bulb was blown, but tried high beam anyway, and it worked. I just knew every on-comimg car was going to flash their lights for me to lower mine. But in over 300 miles not one did. I mention that for two reasons: 1.My theory is the bulb had to burn out completely, not just one level before you get a warning light. 2.When the low beam burned out, the high beam lost part of it's power and was now technically a lowbeam?!? That's only my theory of course, because we all know it was NOT the on-coming drivers ignoring high beams blinding them!

Are you sure you don't have it. Most of the trucks were coming with it, just not the cord. Go out to your bumper and see if you have the cord. Mind is tucked in the bumper on the passenger side.
