The leg and arm share many structural similarities. One key difference is the presence of the patella, or kneecap, in the leg.
Usually not.
Most muscles in the body have "counterparts", one pulls and your leg curls up, the other pulls and the leg straightens. They would be on opposite sides of your leg. The "biceps" are the upper arm top muscle, and the tri-ceps (I think) is the upper arm bottom muscle. They work in conjunction to let you 'curl a barbell'' or do a chin-up.
It is when there are a number of dancers ... for example three dancers... Dancer number one performs an arm movement then a le movement whilst dancer 2 + 3 are still... one dancer one has performed the arm and leg movement once dancer two joins in on the second time round so now dancer 1 + 2 are performing the arm and leg gesture whilst dancer 3 is still. Once dancer 1 and 2 have performed the arm and leg gesture then all three perform the arm and leg gesture together! It is a build up of layers. Hope this helps! x
One will have a hand on the end, the other will have a foot
Generally, this is accomplished one leg and one arm at a time.
