To remove the factory-fitted stereo from a Daewoo Cielo, start by prying off the trim panel surrounding the stereo using a flat tool or a trim removal tool to avoid damaging the dashboard. yes if you have fitted an after market stereo and used the live off the flasher to run the stereo,try disconnecting the stereo to see if they stop if not you could have a faulty switch.
If it is the original factory fitted radio take the model and serial number to your dealership with your VIN. They should be able to tell you the code.
is this on the stereo/head unit? if there's no visible socket its proberly on the rear of it, which means taking it out :(

you need to swap the ignition live with the permanent live just unpick the clips and swap them job done
The OEM radio (the one that comes fitted - Original Equipment Manufacturer) has a 2 wire 'data output' to the centre display (using the I2c communication protocol) your new stereo won't have this data output, so, you loose any ability to communicate with the display note, some head units CAN talk to the display, check your exact model number for details, you often need to buy an additional cable
