There's no such thing as 'base 1'. The smallest possible base for writing numbers is 2.
If your '1000' and '1000' are already in base 2, then their sum is '10000'.
If they're the common decimal numbers "one thousand" and you want the sum "two thousand"
written in base 2, then it's '11111010000'.
Its 500,500. you just work 1000 x 1001 divided by 2

It depends on the industry they are in and what market (area of the country) they service. Some work on commission only. Some have a base plus commission. Some work for big corporations, some work for small boutique firms. My experience has been anywhere from 35k to 100k plus. There cannot be such a formula because it is incorrect. The fact that there is the digit 9 in the sum is an indication that the base is at least 10. And in a base that is 10 (or greater) the above sum does not work. UNLESS the word "plus" has a non-conventional meaning.
you will reach the work area in 1000 ft
It is impossible to work out 1233 + 3215. 1233 is not a valid base 3 number. Each digit in base 3 can only have a value 0, 1 or 2; it cannot have the value of 3 (the last digit of 123).
